Sunset Flip is a series of spice mixes and dry rubs. There are currently two different mixes: Original and Extreme. Sunset Flip Original (hamburger spice) is an old family recipe that was a big hit at BBQs. The Original mix is a garlic based mix that isn't hot at all.
Sunset Flip Extreme is a much hotter version compared to the Original mix powered by cayenne peppers that are hotter than jalapenos on the scoville scale.
